Return and Exchange Policy
We understand that buying macrame and home goods online can sometimes be a challenge. We are here to make it easy!
If you are ever unhappy with your purchase from us, go ahead and send it back for an exchange, store credit or your money back. Please note, we take our quality control seriously and will notice if our macrame pieces have been used or altered in any way. Receive it, hang it on your wall, and if you don’t love it send it back!
To start an exchange or return, please email us at email@example.com and we will create a Return Merchandise Authorization number for you. All returns and exchanges must be postmarked within 10 days of receipt.
Exchanges and returns for store credit are FREE! No restocking fees.

If you wish to return your item for money back, $25.00 Flat Rate Return Handling Fee will be applied to all eligible returns. Your refund minus handling fees and shipping will be applied back to your method of payment within 5 business days.
Items NOT eligible for return or exchange:
- Custom orders
- Discontinued/final sale items
- Items missing hang tags
- Items missing their original packaging (box, packaging paper, etc.)
- Items that have been altered in any way
- Items that show signs of use
- Items that have any smell (cigarette, perfume, hair spray, food, etc.)
Items you wish to return or exchange must be postmarked within 10 days of receipt
- Write your RMA # (Return Merchandise Authorization) in large and bold print and in clear view on the outside of your box
- Return your items in their original condition and packaging.
Return shipping is not refundable.
If your items are determined ineligible for exchange or return, they will be shipped back to you at your cost.
